There are only two governments here on earth right now. The kingdom of darkness and the Kingdom of God. Which of the two do you live by? You will know which of the two governments your local government is submitted too. Their actions prove this. In today’s environment, the government is submitted to witchcraft which is the Greek word pharmakeia which means, ” the use or the administering of drugs.” Galatians 5:19 Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: sexual immorality, impurity, indecent behavior, 20 idolatry, witchcraft, hostilities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, 21 envy, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. If your government is pushing drugs or not, then you know. Matthew 7:15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
People tend to forget or don’t know that God is our healer. People don’t see this today because no one has the faith in Jesus for this to actually happen. This happened in the first church, but the church today has no faith. They use excuses that God doesn’t do this today. These religious people seem to forget or neglect what God has said like; Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Or, Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality.” God will do for one, He will do for another. The only difference between us and those in the beginning church is faith. Acts 3:12 So when Peter saw it, he responded to the people: “Men of Israel, why do you marvel at this? Or why look so intently at us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made this man walk? 13 The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you delivered up and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let Him go. 14 But you denied the Holy One and the Just, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you, 15 and killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses. 16 And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. Like I said before, you will know them by their fruit. This doesn’t apply to just the government, but everyone.
We are first to seek the Kingdom of God. This is why I mentioned earlier of which has your local government submitted too? Now there are those who will use Romans 13 and say that we are to submit to the govern authorities. We are to submit for conscience sake. We are to render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.
If what the some churches teach that we are to submit to the government, why then didn’t Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego not bow to the image that King Nebuchadnezzar made? The scriptures in Romans 13 refers to the ordinance of God. If what your local government is doing contrary to what the word of God says, then you are not required to do it for conscience sake. As you give yourself to other things rather than God, it’s a slow fake away from Him. Before you know it you are no longer serving the Lord
