My Father has made a way for everyone to have life and it more abundantly. The way of life is through Jesus Christ. Many will look at this road of life, but not walk on it. These people choose Jesus as Lord, but won’t live Jesus as Lord. “But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, THE WORD OF FAITH WHICH WE PREACH): that if you confess with your mouth THE LORD IS JESUS and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. FOR WITH THE HEART ONE BELIEVES UNTO RIGHTEOUSNESS, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” But what does it say? What is that referring to? “For THEY BEING IGNORANT OF GOD’S RIGHTEOUSNESS, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, HAVE NOT SUBMITTED TO THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD. For CHRIST IS THE END OF THE LAW FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS TO EVERYONE WHO BELIEVES. For MOSES WRITES THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF THE LAW “The MAN WHO DOES THOSE THINGS SHALL LIVE BY THEM.” But THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF FAITH SPEAKS IN THIS WAY, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down from above) or, “‘Who will descend into the abyss?’” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).” Confessing “The Lord is Jesus,” and making Him Lord in your life, being born again into Him, you have found life and it more abundantly.
The way of life is not of the flesh, but of the spirit. “That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” The words that Jesus spoke are of the spirit and life. “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” Jesus is the door into the spirit where life and peace are. “I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.” To think of things of the flesh is death, but to think of things of the spirit is life and peace. “For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, BUT THOSE WHO LIVE ACCORDING TO THE SPIRIT, THE THINGS OF THE SPIRIT. For to be fleshly minded is death, BUT TO BE SPIRITUALLY MINDED IS LIFE AND PEACE. Because the fleshly mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, THOSE WHO ARE IN THE FLESH CANNOT PLEASE GOD.” Many seem to forget that God is spirit. “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” If you are living in the spirit, then you are worshipping God. “There is therefore now no condemnation TO THOSE WHO ARE IN CHRIST JESUS, WHO DO NOT WALK ACCORDING TO THE FLESH, BUT ACCORDING TO THE SPIRIT. For THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS HAS MADE ME FREE FROM THE LAW OF SIN AND DEATH.”
