There’s one thing I have learned, you can’t be in fear and peace at the same time. You get to choose which one you want to live in. Fear is from the world and peace is from Christ. How you handle situations determines from which place you live from. Hence the reason Jesus said, “They will know you by your fruit.

Colossians 3:14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. 15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.

To have the peace of Christ, you have to walk with Him. The peace that Jesus offers is spiritual. Interestingly enough, peace is a fruit of the spirit. We are one with Jesus in the spirit. Christ is in you. From that place of peace in us where Christ is, that’s where we are live from. Not our outward circumstances, but from with us. When you begin to live from Christ in you, rivers of living water will come out of you. Paul understood this peace, the peace that is beyond all understanding. It is no longer you who lives, but Christ in you.

1 Corinthians 6:17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

John 7:37 On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. 38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” 39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

When you are in peace, you are in the Kingdom. Jesus was not moved by His circumstances. He had compassion for people and kept proclaiming the Kingdom of heaven. He taught more about the Kingdom than anything else. Once you find the Kingdom in you, you will live from there. That’s why Jesus said, “First seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all will be given to you.” Once you find the Kingdom and realize that it’s not your righteousness, but His you live from, nothing will be impossible for you. Be blessed, my friends

Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

1 Peter 2:24 who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.
