Have you noticed the attacks that come against you after you have been born again? The enemy immediately tries to steal what God is doing. He will attack your flesh, your finances, or anything that will continue you to live from the flesh. What My Father has deposited in you is spirit. It’s up to you to choose if you want to live from the spirit or not. This is the separation that has been planned for you. Separating you from My Father is the ultimate goal of the enemy. If you decide to live from the spirit, it will be a process for you to crucify your flesh. Many are not up to that challenge. Paul went through a lot of turmoil to crucify the flesh.
Mark 4:15 And these are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown. When they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts.
2 Corinthians 11:22 Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? So am I. 23 Are they ministers of Christ?—I speak as a fool—I am more: in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequently, in deaths often. 24 From the Jews five times I received forty stripes minus one. 25 Three times I was beaten with rods; once I was stoned; three times I was shipwrecked; a night and a day I have been in the deep; 26 in journeys often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils of my own countrymen, in perils of the Gentiles, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; 27 in weariness and toil, in sleeplessness often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness— 28 besides the other things, what comes upon me daily: my deep concern for all the churches. 29 Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is made to stumble, and I do not burn with indignation?
The enemy knows your weakness. That’s the point of attack against you. If you notice that your weakness is being hit, it’s not My Father who is doing this, but the devil. The devil knows that you are the only one who can separate yourself from Him. The devil himself can’t do it, only you can. God is spirit. For the devil to separate you from God is for him to keep you in the flesh and not be in the spirit. In the spirit is where you are one with Jesus. This is the great mystery that the devil doesn’t want any Christian to understand. If you decide and live from the spirit, being one with Jesus, the devil is now under your feet. You have dominion over the devil. You can tell him to go and he goes. It’s not you who is telling him, but Christ in you is.
Romans 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Our power and strength come from Christ in us. If we begin to live from that place of strength rather than the weakness of the flesh, nothing will be impossible for us. Be blessed, my friends
