We were all baptized into the Name of Jesus. This life that we now live, we live through Jesus, not for ourselves, but for His glory. It’s a life in the spirit. We are joined with Him in the spirit. Nothing can separate you from Him in the spirit. Flesh will try to convince you of this, but it’s only you that can separate yourself from Him by rejecting Him. You can walk away from Him, but some will say that once you do, you can never come back. Well that’s a lie. In the parable of the Prodigal son, the son left and squandered everything, but the Father received him with open arms. Father is merciful, but men are not.
Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age
Romans 14:7 For none of us lives to himself, and no one dies to himself. 8 For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.
1 Corinthians 6:17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.
Being baptized, you have accepted the forgiveness of sins and want to be one with Jesus. This is why when you are baptized in the spirit, which a separate baptism, you are one with Jesus in the spirit. This is a marriage ceremony. In this ceremony, you now take on His name and have access to everything that is His. The marriage supper is in heaven when Jesus comes back and takes His bride back with Him. After you have been baptized, like I said you take on His name, but you also put on His righteousness as a free gift for you. Once you put on the Lord Jesus, some call it armor of God, or armor of light, you get to walk as He walked. This is the mystery that has been hidden, Christ in you, the hope of glory. In His Name you go and do the righteous acts to prepare yourself for the coming bridegroom. Jesus has gone to prepare a place for you in His Father’s house so you can be where He is.
Romans 5:17 For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.
Romans 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. 13 Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. 14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
Colossians 1:26 the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints. 27 To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. 28 Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.
If we could only spread the good news of the gospel, the up and coming wedding celebration, people would be excited. Today, people are all about their own business rather than Father’s business. You decide if what I say is true or not. You will have to answer for all the decisions you have made. My job is to tell you of the good news nothing more, Be blessed my friends
Ephesians 5:27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.
Matthew 25:1 “Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3 Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, 4 but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. 6 “And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’ 7 Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ 9 But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. 11 “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ 12 But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ 13 “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.
