This is one of God’s promises, and yet, many don’t believe this because they don’t feel God’s presence. We have been so trained by our feelings that when a promise like this comes along if it’s not going well for me, “Where are you, God?” Have you fallen into that trap? The scriptures tell us that we are to live by faith. It doesn’t tell us to live by our feelings. The devil wants you to live by your feelings. Look at all of the three temptations that came against Jesus. If Jesus lived by His feelings, He wouldn’t have answered the way He did.

Galatians 3:11 Now, that no one is justified by the Law before God is evident; for, “the righteous one will live by faith.”

Unfortunately, many Christians live by their feelings. These feelings are self-directed, not directed. Jesus does have feelings. He had compassion for people who didn’t understand the ways of the Kingdom. That is why He instructs His disciple, which includes you, “As you go say, the Kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons, and cleanse the leper. Freely you received, freely give.” Jesus’ disciples are instructed in the ways of the Kingdom. Revealing, “On earth as it is in heaven.” Disciples don’t care what happens to them. They understand that God is with them. Paul understood this. He went through so much, but you don’t hear him complaining about what is happening to him.

Matthew 10:7 And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.

Matthew 6:10 Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.

2 Corinthians 11:16 I say again, let no one think me a fool. If otherwise, at least receive me as a fool, that I also may boast a little. 17 What I speak, I speak not according to the Lord, but as it were, foolishly, in this confidence of boasting. 18 Seeing that many boast according to the flesh, I also will boast. 19 For you put up with fools gladly, since you yourselves are wise! 20 For you put up with it if one brings you into bondage, if one devours you, if one takes from you, if one exalts himself, if one strikes you on the face. 21 To our shame I say that we were too weak for that! But in whatever anyone is bold—I speak foolishly—I am bold also. 22 Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? So am I. 23 Are they ministers of Christ?—I speak as a fool—I am more: in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequently, in deaths often. 24 From the Jews five times I received forty stripes minus one. 25 Three times I was beaten with rods; once I was stoned; three times I was shipwrecked; a night and a day I have been in the deep; 26 in journeys often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils of my own countrymen, in perils of the Gentiles, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; 27 in weariness and toil, in sleeplessness often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness— 28 besides the other things, what comes upon me daily: my deep concern for all the churches. 29 Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is made to stumble, and I do not burn with indignation? 30 If I must boast, I will boast in the things which concern my infirmity. 31 The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed forever, knows that I am not lying. 32 In Damascus the governor, under Aretas the king, was guarding the city of the Damascenes with a garrison, desiring to arrest me; 33 but I was let down in a basket through a window in the wall, and escaped from his hands.

It’s amazing once you understand the ways of the Kingdom. You don’t live by feeling, you live by faith. God proves His love for you by having His Son die for you. Then He goes even further, asking anyone who believes, to be born again into Jesus. By doing this, you are united with Jesus in the spirit. Most importantly, you live in this union. By living in this union, He can never leave you nor forsake you. Nothing can separate you from Him. Only you can. Be blessed, my friends.

Hebrews 10:38 But My righteous one will live by faith;
And if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him.

Romans 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
