When people read this title, they think of Brian Adams who sang the original song. Also the movie Robin Hood, Prince of thieves from 1991. But I want to tell you that how you see things is how you learn and what you believe. On this day of love, I want to show you on how you see things can effect on how you learn.
When you are in a Love relationship with one you want to marry or are in marriage, all you want to do is see the good in them. You express your Love for them and you will go out of your way to please them. This is no different than how God Loves people. The enemy has done a great job misrepresenting Him. You may ask, how does he misrepresent him? The enemy convinces you to blame God for what has happened as God is in control. So the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy and when he is finished, he gets you to blame God for what has happened. How can you come to God when you have blamed Him? How can you Love the Lord with all your heart when the enemy has convinced you that God did this? This is how the enemy separates you from God and he has been doing this from the beginning. Do you see how important it is in how you see.
Everything I do, I do it for you reminds me of a Bible verse. It doesn’t sound like a verse but when you see this from the heart, it does. 1 Corinthians 10:31 Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. Can you see what I am talking about? it’s all about the eye in which you see things. Many of you can only see from the flesh but when you start to see in the Spirit, everything is different. You will even see things different in the scriptures.
The last paragraph talked about whether you eat or drink. Well there is more than that?. Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Ok, so now it’s eat, drink, word and deed. Can there be more? 1 Corinthians 6:20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. Right On! Whether you eat, drink, word, deed, body and Spirt, do everything for the Glory of God! Everything I do, I do it for you because I Love You!
But many churches teach that our bodies are sinful, can that be true ? Certainly Not! How can you be sinful if you believe Jesus’ blood is strong enough to cleanse you of sin. If you believe you can still sin then you haven’t offered your body as a living sacrifice HOLY acceptable to God. Now do you see how you see makes a difference even how you hear and learn.
It’s all about a Love relationship that you have with Jesus in which brings Jesus Glory as this is the reason why He sent me. When you have seen Jesus, you have seen the Father and they live in you. Be Blessed
