How many of you are walking humbly with Jesus? “He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?” Are you following His intentions, or yours? When you decide to walk with Jesus, it’s all about Him, not you. The more you make it about Jesus, the more He makes it about you. This is walking by faith. “But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.” “For in it (the gospel) the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith.

I want to show you something that He showed me that will open your humble walk with Jesus. Jesus wants to walk with you in the cool of the day as He did in the beginning with Adam and Eve. “And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.” Adam and Eve were not the only ones walking with God. Enoch walked with God. “After he begot Methuselah, ENOCH WALKED WITH GOD three hundred years, and had sons and daughters. So all the days of Enoch were three hundred and sixty–five years. And ENOCH WALKED WITH GOD; and he was not, for God took him.” Noah walked with God. “This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, perfect in his generations. NOAH WALKED WITH GOD.” Abram, also known as Abraham walked with God. “When Abram was ninety–nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am Almighty God; WALK BEFORE ME AND BE BLAMELESS. And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.” Abraham’s servant knew that Abraham walked with God when he mentions it while searching for a wife for Isaac. “And I said to my master, ‘Perhaps the woman will not follow me.’ But he said to me, ‘The LORD, before whom I walk, will send His angel with you and prosper your way; and you shall take a wife for my son from my family and from my father’s house.” God walked with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Jacob said, “And he blessed Joseph, and said: “God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked, The God who has fed me all my life long to this day, The Angel who has redeemed me from all evil, Bless the lads; Let my name be named upon them, And the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; And let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.” So now we are to walk with Jesus. The only way to walk with Him is to be righteous. The very thing that Jesus paid for on the cross is to make you righteous with Him so you can walk with Him. Paul tells this to the church in Corinth. He tells them that they are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Our righteousness is in Him. “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” In Christ, you are a new creation. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” If you walk in the newness of life, you will walk with Jesus and He changes everything and nothing will be impossible for you.

I pray that your eyes of understanding be enlightened so you can walk humbly with Jesus. Be blessed, my friends.
