There is a segment of the church that believes that there is no one righteous, not one. Quoting Romans 3:10 As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one; Of course theyw on’t quote what comes after that verse. Romans 3:11 There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God. Following such teaching leds you down the broad road of distruction.

Your life lived proves what you believe. If you believe in something with your whole heart, you will live it. You can confess from your mouth all you want, but if you don’t live what you confess, then your words are meaningless. Jesus explained it this way. Matthew 21:28 “But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first and said, ‘Son, go, work today in my vineyard.’ 29 He answered and said, ‘I will not,’ but afterward he regretted it and went. 30 Then he came to the second and said likewise. And he answered and said, ‘I go, sir,’ but he did not go. 31 Which of the two did the will of his father?” They said to Him, “The first.” Jesus said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you that tax collectors and harlots enter the kingdom of God before you. 32 For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him; but tax collectors and harlots believed him; and when you saw it, you did not afterward [f]relent and believe him. So you see, it’s not just about your words, but the action behind those words.

If you are living by faith in Jesus, believing He died and rose from the dead. If you are doing the same works as Jesus or even greater, then you living in the righteousness of God. Romans 1:17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” The reason that the righteous live by faith is that their righteousness is in Jesus. 2 Corinthians 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. Also they are no longer a slave to sin, but a slave to righteousness. Romans 6:19 I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness.20 For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. 21 What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. 22 But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit [c]to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. Be Blessed friends
