In the Beatitudes it is written; Matthew 5:14 You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Every time someone does evil to you, gives you the opportunity to let people see the light in you, OR the darkness will grow in you. You get to decide which one the world gets to see. Matthew 6:23 But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

Many don’t know what this light is even referring to! Those who are joined to the Lord are One Spirit with Him. 1 Corinthians 6:17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him. You are not joined with Him in the flesh as it is written; John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. The mistake that some churches make is that they still think that we are fleshly beings, but those who are in the flesh cannot please God. Romans 8:8 So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God. The Light you are to shine is from the Spirit. You are the lamp to which this Light is to shine. Proverbs 20:27 The spirit of a man is the lamp of the Lord,
Searching all the inner depths of his heart
.

Now I started this blog with Jesus saying, “I AM the Light of the World.” You put on this Light like a cloak of Righteousness. Some call it, the armor of God. You put on the Lord Jesus and you make NO prevision for the flesh. Romans 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light13 Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. 14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

Be Blessed My Friends.
