How you live your life is proof to what you put your faith in. What you put your faith in is who you trust. If a doctor provides medicine that cures you, you put your faith in a doctor. If what the doctor prescribes doesn’t work, do you still go back to the doctor? If the doctor gives you the wrong diagnosis, do you still go back because you trust the doctor? I know what i am about to say will offend most people but I am not here for your feelings. When you stand before my Lord the king, your life lived proves what you put your faith in. I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth? Luke 18:8.

When the Lord was first chasing after me, these verses were taught to me and I will NEVER forget them. Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones. Interesting how people who call themselves Christians fall away so easily to trust anything else other than the Lord. Who or what you trust is what you put your faith in. When you put your faith wholeheartedly in the Lord Jesus Christ, nothing will be impossible for you. Many Christians don’t Love the Lord their God with ALL their heart which is the first commandment. Let me remind you. Mark 12: 28 Then one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, perceiving that He had answered them well, asked Him, ā€œWhich is the first commandment of all?ā€ 29 Jesus answered him, ā€œThe first of all the commandments is: ā€˜Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.ā€™ This is the first commandment. 31 And the second, like it, is this: ā€˜You shall love your neighbor as yourself.ā€™ There is no other commandment greater than these.ā€

Who or what have you put your trust in? Do you really love your life as satan accuses God that you do? Revelation 12:10 Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, ā€œNow salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. You don’t have to take my word for this. You do whatever your heart desires. Joshua 24:14 ā€œNow therefore, fear the Lord, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve the Lord! 15 And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.ā€

Jeremiah 17:5 Thus says the Lord:

ā€œCursed is the man who trusts in man
And makes flesh his strength,
Whose heart departs from the Lord.
For he shall be like a shrub in the desert,
And shall not see when good comes,
But shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness,
In a salt land which is not inhabited.

ā€œBlessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose hope is the Lord.
For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters,
Which spreads out its roots by the river,
And will not fear when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green,
And will not be anxious in the year of drought,
Nor will cease from yielding fruit

Psalm 118:8 It is better to trust in the Lord
Than to put confidence in man.
