Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 1:17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. If you want the truth, the truth will set you free. John 8:31 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
There are many who can’t handle the truth or just don’t understand it. The truth is that Jesus is the representation of what Heaven is like. He is the only one who has come down from Heaven to give us a glimpse. He showed us what it is like to be on earth as it is in Heaven. He paid for what was holding us back, to set us free to live from the Kingdom of God here on earth. He told us that we would do greater works than what He did, do you believe that? The only way (Jesus) to live from the Kingdom is to die to yourself, pick up your cross (Jesus left behind for you which is His Righteousness) and follow Him.
Be Reconciled to God
Jesus gave us the ministry of reconciliation. 2 Corinthians 5:12 For we do not commend ourselves again to you, but give you opportunity to boast on our behalf, that you may have an answer for those who boast in appearance and not in heart. 13 For if we are beside ourselves, it is for God; or if we are of sound mind, it is for you. 14 For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; 15 and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again. 16 Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer. 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. 21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. If you are in Christ, you can no longer see anyone as sinners anymore, but see God’s love for them. By the way you live your life is a shining example of the Kingdom of God. If you live like the rest of the world, how does the world see Jesus in you?
Christ Our Peace
Ephesians 2:14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, 15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, 16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. 17 And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. 18 For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father. When you read this, some teach that this is Jew and Gentile which is the one new man, but it is NOT! The one new man is one who gas been joined to the Lord.
