There is a transition that happens in Christianity that many are not aware of. Christians are transformed from living in the flesh to the spirit. “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but BE TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWING OF YOUR MIND, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” My Father is the one who transforms your heart, but it’s up to you to transform your mind. “For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” The law of the spirit of life that is in Christ Jesus is already in your heart and mind, but it’s up to you to live from there. “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.”
My Father’s intention has always been for you to live from the spirit where He is. “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” Adam and Eve walked in the spirit until they ate of the tree, then fear came upon them. “Then the LORD God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?” So he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I WAS AFRAID BECAUSE I WAS NAKED; and I hid myself.” And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?” Jesus came to transform us back into God’s image which is spirit. In the spirit is where life is with My Father. “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” We must be heavenly-minded to be spiritually minded. “Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.” “For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be fleshly minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the fleshly mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.” Paul told the church in Galatia twice to walk in the spirit. “I say then: WALK IN THE SPIRIT, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another so that you do not do the things that you wish.” “And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also WALK IN THE SPIRIT.”
I pray the eyes of your understanding to be enlightened to walk in the spirit. If you sow to the spirit you will reap eternal life. “For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.” Be blessed, my friend.
